Our repair work is led by Kamran, Head of Repairs, who brings more than 25 years of experience in diagnosing, servicing and restoring watches. Each item is individually assessed, the work required is clearly explained, and we keep clients informed throughout, so the process feels straightforward, transparent and dependable from start to finish.
From battery changes and bracelet repairs to full servicing, movement work and jewellery restoration, we handle a wide range of repairs with the same considered approach. We also stand behind the watches we sell with a comprehensive 12-month warranty, offering added reassurance alongside careful aftercare and ongoing support.

Complete Service: Automatic Watches
A complete overhaul for automatic movements, including cleaning, lubrication, regulation, and checks on winding efficiency and performance. Pricing depends on the movement and any parts required, we always confirm costs upfront once we’ve assessed the watch.
Partial Repairs: Adjustments & Minor Fixes
For the smaller (but important) jobs, from quick adjustments and troubleshooting to replacing worn components, resealing, or improving timekeeping. Final pricing depends on the issue and parts needed - we’ll diagnose first and quote before proceeding.
Complete Service: Mechanical Watches
A full strip-down service for hand-wound mechanical pieces: cleaning, lubrication, regulation, and thorough testing to restore accuracy and reliability. Pricing starts after inspection - we’ll confirm a clear quote before any work begins.
