Meet our Team
Chelsea Time & Treasures brings together three complementary areas of expertise: watch sourcing and sales, watch/ jewellery repair, and fine jewellery.
Our team works together to help clients buy, source, repair and care for watches and jewellery with confidence. Each member of the team brings a different background and area of specialist knowledge, allowing us to handle every stage personally, from finding the right piece to its ongoing maintenance and aftercare.
We believe good service should be straightforward and personal. That means taking the time to understand what a client is looking for, offering honest advice, explaining repair work clearly and standing behind every watch we sell.
You are always welcome to visit us at 89 Lower Sloane Street in Chelsea and meet the team in person.

Head of Events and Outreach

Our Background
In a world of mass production and passing trends, Chelsea Time & Treasures offers watches and jewellery with lasting character. We carefully source, restore and present pre-loved pieces chosen for their quality, beauty and individuality, with a focus on solid gold, sterling silver, fine silver and precious stones.
Every piece comes from a time when watches and jewellery were made with greater care, originality and craftsmanship: qualities that can feel increasingly rare today. Our aim is to honour that workmanship, offer an alternative to throwaway fashion, and share our love of pieces with real presence, history and charm, so that each one can be treasured, worn and valued for life.
Our Ethos
Our Company Policies
As a registered limited company with Companies House in the United Kingdom, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and quality in every transaction. We guarantee that all our jewellery and watches are 100% authentic, with accurate representations of materials, mechanical condition, and provenance. Each piece undergoes a meticulous process of professional cleaning, sanitisation, and, where necessary, expert repair and restoration to ensure it is in pristine, ready-to-wear condition upon delivery.
To provide our customers with complete confidence in their purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, given there are reasonable grounds for customer dissatisfaction. Full refunds will be issued for returns made within this period, provided the item is returned in the same condition as it was on the date of sale. Our dedication to transparency, quality, and customer satisfaction underscores every aspect of our operations, ensuring an exceptional experience with every piece you acquire from us.
